Telephone counselling is the process of talking to a Counsellor via telephone or Skype to resolve mental health issues, beliefs, feelings and life problems.

Counsellor Aleksander left school with no formal qualifications. Nevertheless, he joined the Army in 1977 and was awarded a campaign military medal GSM for Active Service. Late in life, Counsellor Aleksander went on to graduate from university with an academic qualification that most academics would envy. He was an international sportsman in Kung Fu, Karate, Kickboxing and traditional Boxing, who is now retired from teaching in schools, albeit, he occasionally teaches on supply. QUALIFICATIONS: General Teaching Council for Scotland (Full registration); Post Graduate Teachers Training (Exceptional Route); Qualified Teacher Status, England (National College for Teaching & Leadership); BA(Hons)1st Class Degree (Sports Studies); Certificate of Higher Education (Physical Education); Higher National Diploma (Sports Coaching with Development); Higher National Certificate (Health, Fitness & Exercise); GCSE Mathematics & English, Army Physical Training Instructors Course (Recommendation), Certification for Mental Health First Aid, Counselling, Life Skills, CBT, and Open University Certification for Mental Health.
